Initial Consultation:
I offer a free initial phone consultation.
Fee: I offer reasonable fees and sliding scale for those in need.
Insurance:
I am an in-network provider with Aetna.
For all other insurance I am an out-of-network/fee-for-service provider. Fee is payable at time a session. I will provide signed receipts for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
The cost of treatment will be reimbursed by your insurance plan if you have out-of-network coverage for behavioral health services. Coverage will vary depending on your insurance provider.
Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours are required for cancellation, or the full fee will be charged.
